⭐Explainer Videos for Consultant Compensation
To support the launch of the Rising Star Bonus program, I created a three-part explainer series that broke down the commission structure into clear, engaging animations. The videos used custom infographics, color-coded visuals, and zoom-recorded presenters to simplify how Consultants could qualify for—and maximize—monthly bonuses.
Designed for both internal education and field sharing, each video balanced clarity with energy, aligning with Rodan + Fields’ motivational tone and new branding system.
